MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES JUNE 24, 2026 Mr. Goldstein noticed that the existing chimney is proposed to be removed and noticed that the house plans did not indicate the same. Mr. Morris had no concerns. Ms. Sangeleer indicated that the lot coverage is reducing. Attorney Kirrane said that clarification on the building plans could be discussed with Steve Cook during the permitting process. There were no comments from the audience. Ms. Sangeleer asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush made a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell second. All were in favor. Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board approve the Written Finding for 386 Mashpee Neck Road with the following conditions; 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. 2. Site Plan: Prepared for: 386 Mashpee Neck Road, Date: April 17, 2026, Sheet 1 of 1, Revised: 5/4/2026, Add Zoning Table, Prepared by: Cape 8y Islands Engineering.
