Ms. Sangeleer indicated that the lot coverage is <br /> reducing. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that clarification on the building plans could be discussed <br /> with Steve Cook during the permitting process. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush made <br /> a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board approve the Written Finding for 386 <br /> Mashpee Neck Road with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
