<br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden <br /> <br />Motion: I move that the Town vote to upgrade the position of part-time Clerk, Grade 2 of the <br />Personnel Administration Plan (P.A.P.) to that of an Administrative Secretary, SEIU, Grade IV, Step <br />7.5 hours per <br />week, and further to appropriate and transfer the sum of $57,989 from revenue available for <br />Account; $23,575; Medical Insurance Account, $25,272; Group Life Insurance Account, $35; $342 to <br />the Medicare Account; and $8,765 to the Pension Reserve Account. <br /> <br />Motion passes unanimously at 9:00 PM <br /> <br />Article 17 <br /> <br />To see if the Town will vote to appropriate $500,186 to establish a budget for the PEG Access and Cable <br />Related fund for fiscal year 2021, with said appropriation to be funded through the current balance of the <br />fund, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> <br /> Submitted by the Finance Director <br />Explanation: The Department of Revenue now requires the Town to vote a yearly budget based on <br />estimated expenditures from the fund for the next fiscal year. The total budget voted may not exceed the <br />current balance within the fund. <br />The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 17 by a vote of 5-0 <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 17 by a vote of 6-0 <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden <br />Motion: I move that the Town vote to approve Articles 4, 5, 6, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 25, 26, & 27 as printed <br /> <br /> <br />Motion passes unanimously at 8:04 PM <br /> <br />Article 18 <br /> <br />To see if the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer the sum of $250,000 from revenue available for <br />appropriation, to be deposited into special injury leave indemnity fund, (Injured on Duty Fund), in <br />accordance with the provisions of General Law Chapter 41, Section 111F for the purposes of funding injury <br />leave compensation or medical bills incurred under said law,, or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> <br />Submitted by the Finance Director <br /> <br />Explanation: This article would deposit $250,000 into the special injury leave indemnity fund (Injured on <br />Duty Fund). <br />The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of Article 18 by a vote of 5-0 <br /> <br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of Article 18 by a vote of 6-0 <br /> <br /> <br />
