Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission
16 Great Neck Road North
Mashpee, MA 02649
Commission members discussed the extension process and whether additional extensions could be requested in
the future if the work remained uncompleted. Conservation staff advised that there is no regulatory limit on the
number of extensions that may be granted; however, subsequent requests would be subject to Commission
review and changing site conditions could become a factor in future decisions.
MOTION: To extend 80 Punkhorn Point Road August 30, 2029.
Motion bv: Sandi Godfrey Seconded by: Richard Sahl
Vote: Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
Steve Cook, Sandi Godfrey,Richard Sahl, Seana Pitt
COC 11 Harbor Ridge Drive, Stephen J. & Jennifer L. Noxon. Proposed patio layout.
(Representative: Maffei Landscape Contractors) 43-
2900
The Commission considered a request from Stephen J. and Jennifer L. Noxon regarding a previously issued
Certificate of Compliance for 11 Harbor Ridge Drive.
Conservation staff explained that the original Certificate of Compliance had been issued under an older permit and
that the original document had been provided to the applicant's representative, who is no longer in business. As a
result, the homeowners were unable to locate the original signed certificate required for recording at the Registry of
Deeds.
Staff advised that the project remained in compliance and that the request was solely for reissuance of the
Certificate of Compliance so that an original signed document could be recorded. The Commission was further
advised that the certificate form differed slightly from the current version because it corresponded to the original
permit that had been issued.
The Commission acknowledged that the request was administrative in nature and intended to recreate the paper
record necessary for recording purposes.
MOTION: To accept the COC for 11 Harbor Ridge Drive.
Motion by: Sandi Godfrey Seconded by: Richard Sahl
Vote: Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
Steve Cook, Sandi Godfrey,Richard Sahl, Seana Pitt
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOI: Notice of Intent
AOOC: Amend Order of Conditions
EXT: Extension
RDA: Request for Determination of Applicability
COC: Certificate of Compliance
Public Comment:
No public comment.
11
