The Pledge of Allegiance was recited, followed by a moment of silence. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES — May 05, 2025 <br /> MOTION: <br /> Sharon Muller made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of May 05, 2026 as <br /> edited. Seconded by Jerry Tutor. All in favor. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> Web page update of Committee membership <br /> Chair Sparkes brought forth a list of requests, such as adding a link to the speaker series and <br /> all material. Currently, when you click on the speaker series tab, it brings you to the planning <br /> page, so some tweaks need to be made. <br /> Dick Putterman was added to the list of Committee members on the website. <br /> Ms. Geoffrion commented if someone needs housing, where do they go? We could at least <br /> have a link to the Housing Authority website as a resource. <br /> Chair Sparkes is open to any other suggestions, then he can go to the Select Board with a <br /> request to add those. <br /> 1 <br />
