<br />Select Board <br />Minutes <br />June 22,2026 <br /> <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Review of Annual Reappointments to Town Boards, Committees, Commissions and <br />Councils <br />Motion made by Selectman Richardson to approve Annual Reappointments to Town <br />Boards, Committees, Commissions and Councils with stated corrections. <br />Motion seconded by Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo. <br />Vote: 5-0 Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectman Cotton-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson-yes <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br /> <br />Review of ABCC Advisory Regarding Local Licensing Authority’s Option to Temporarily <br />Allow its On-Premises Licensees to Sell Alcoholic Beverages for One Additional Hour <br />Not to Exceed 3 AM <br />The Board reviewed an advisory from the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) <br />regarding the option for local licensing authorities to temporarily allow on-premises <br />licensees to sell alcoholic beverages for one additional hour, not to exceed 3:00 AM. <br />The Town Manager explained that if the Board chose to approve the extension, the current <br />1:00 AM closing time would be extended to 2:00 AM. The extension would only apply if <br />approved by the Board and is limited to a temporary period. <br />Motion made by Selectman Richardson to approve ABCC Advisory Regarding Local <br />Licensing Authority’s Option to Temporarily Allow its On-Premises Licensees to Sell <br />Alcoholic Beverages for One Additional Hour Not to Exceed 3 AM. <br />Motion seconded by Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo. <br />17 <br /> <br /> <br />
