<br />Select Board <br />Minutes <br />May 18,2026 <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectman Cotton-no <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes <br />Selectman Richardson-yes <br /> <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to provide professional development regarding the <br />application of bylaws and regulations to sta?, boards, and commissions and have these <br />sessions video-recorded to ensure all related sta?, boards, and commissions have full <br />and ongoing access to these technical supports with video recordings available to the <br />public for educational purposes with the recommendation of receiving three bids for <br />this work. <br />Motion seconded by Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson. <br /> <br /> <br />Selectman Weeden asked how professional development would apply and whether it <br />extended beyond the Select Board and committees. Wyman-Colombo clarified that it would <br />include sta? under the Town Manager as well. <br /> <br />Selectman Cotton questioned the cost and expressed concern that no estimate had been <br />provided prior to the vote. Wyman-Colombo responded that the Town would not be operating <br />without oversight and noted that the Town Manager would be involved in determining scope <br />and cost. <br /> <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson stated the training could also support onboarding and <br />education for boards and committees. Wyman-Colombo added that the training would help <br />ensure consistent understanding of regulations and support wastewater protection e?orts. <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />
