MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 8, 2026 <br /> Mr. Bonvie discussed his concerns with possible flooding with the underground <br /> garage. <br /> Attorney Kirrane suggested to the Board that if there are any changes to the <br /> plans based on those concerns, he will re-visit the Board. <br /> Mr. Furbush agreed with Mr. Bonvie. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Morris mentioned that he will require an engineered stamped certification <br /> for the height of the building prior to the frame inspection. <br /> Attorney Kirrane stated that his clients understand the Board's concerns and if <br /> the plans change will require a new hearing. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to close the public hearing. Ms. Sangeleer second. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy moved that the Board approve the Special Permit request for 11 Pine <br /> Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
