MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 8, 2026 <br /> Mr. Alphen said that Vaness will be responding to the traffic comments, and he <br /> expects they will be prepared for the next hearing and if they are not, he will let <br /> the Board know. But there should not be an expectation that the civil comments <br /> will be submitted prior to July 22na. <br /> Mr. Reidy stated that the Board expects comments from the petitioner regarding <br /> the traffic, and that something will be submitted regarding the civil or <br /> architecture by the August 12th meeting. <br /> Mr. Alphen suggested that they could provide an update of the progress at the <br /> July 22na meeting. <br /> Ms. Sweet mentioned that Jeff got the traffic report a week ago and would like to <br /> receive the response by Vaness Associates by next Thursday or Friday prior to <br /> the July 22na meeting so the peer reviewer can review the comments prior to the <br /> meeting and make the best use of everyone's time. <br /> Mr. Alphen said he can't guarantee that his traffic engineer will be able to provide <br /> his comments by July 22na because this information was submitted on July 1. <br /> The Board agreed with Attorney Alphen's discussion and will have some timeline <br /> information by the next meeting. <br /> Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor to continue the meeting July 22na. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Blaisdell second. All were in favor <br /> to adjourn.
