<br />Select Board <br />Minutes <br />July 13,2026 <br /> <br />Marc Drainville of GHD requested permission to submit two Project Evaluation Forms (PEFs) <br />for State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan applications on behalf of the Town. The PEF is the o?icial <br />application document that towns submit to request financial assistance for drinking water <br />or clean water projects from the Massachusetts SRF Program. He explained that the SRF <br />program provides low-interest loans and potential principal forgiveness for infrastructure <br />projects and noted that the Town has successfully secured funding through the program in <br />recent years. <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden authorize GHD to prepare and submit on behalf of <br />the Town a Project Evaluation Form (PEF) for a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan for the <br />following projects: 1) Mashpee Wakeby Watershed Wastewater System; and 2) <br />Mashpee Waquoit Bay WRRF and Collection System-Phase 3. And to further authorize <br />Town Manager, Rodney C.
