Also, <br /> people should be aware, this is a reduction in use from 2001 from two commercial entities to <br /> one. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- The most recent newsletter came out regarding their plan for <br /> open space and reusing old buildings for housing purposes. <br /> This is currently happening in Barnstable, Hyannis, and <br /> Dennis, there are too many empty commercial spaces. <br /> There are ordinances which allow open space to convert to <br /> residential.
