There are other subdivisions in the area, it was never included for Bay View Terrace, it <br /> shows on the Assessors maps of Bayview and shows up under water district, but there is no <br /> visual evidence, no easement, and was set up between two parties back in 1947. <br /> Mr. Tobin stated they will have Town Counsel do a title search and review to ensure only these <br /> abutters have rights to this road. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to accept Form N and have a Public Hearing set <br /> for July 15, 2026 at 6:40PM. Seconded by Karen Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> CHAIRS REPORT <br /> Nothing additional. <br /> TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br /> Chipotle CO <br /> Chipotle has its Certificate of Occupancy from a DRI that was approved years ago. Also, <br /> people should be aware, this is a reduction in use from 2001 from two commercial entities to <br /> one. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- The most recent newsletter came out regarding their plan for <br /> open space and reusing old buildings for housing purposes. <br /> This is currently happening in Barnstable, Hyannis, and <br /> Dennis, there are too many empty commercial spaces. <br /> There are ordinances which allow open space to convert to <br /> residential. Older converted buildings sometimes benefit <br /> more from being rebuilt. <br /> Community Preservation <br /> Committee- No Meeting <br /> Design Review- No Meeting <br /> Plan Review- No Meeting <br /> Environmental Oversight <br /> Committee- Liaison will attend next meeting. <br /> Historic District <br /> 16 <br />
