Ms. Bardi stated there were no comments submitted back from the Tribe, during discovery all 6 Tribes are notified. Ms. Waygan inquired if those results were sent to the Mashpee Tribal Historic Preservation Officer, David Weeden. The Historic Preservation Officer is authorized to see that report. That position is the same level as the Mass Historical Commission. She advised the applicant to contact the MHC and ask them to send that report to David Weeden, who also happens to be a member of the Select Board. In the least, notify him of its existence. b. Fire Department Access, width. The Fire Chief reviewed this and said there were no concerns with access, but they will obtain written consent via e-mail from Chief Peltier, and Brenden Ramsey and Brian Tobin will be attached to that chain. 2. a. Special permit regulations, ground water data, NRCS soil mapping, and soil test pits on site. The applicant was unsure if those needed to be done now or prior to construction. Mr. Tilden saw that note and they were not done yet. This was a lengthy internal discussion, and their feeling is they should do the test pits now. If the test comes back not matching NRCS, they want to propose to do these ASAP and get that data confirmed. Ms. Faulkner asked the consulting engineer to explain the last sentence about a minimum of 2ft. separation to ground. Ms. Christy stated the NRCS has soil mapping all over, and in that map, every type of soil has data. That data was used to extrapolate a 200cm ground water expectation. Mass Stormwater standards also required test pits and in looking at other wells, they calculate depth of ground water. The bottom of our basin has to be two feet higher than that. 4
