Mr. Tobin asked if those affected the building plans, or if specific equipment would affect electrical or mechanical plans. If the applicant needed more time to order during the building, we can give them a little flexibility. Ms. Christy has no problem with it being pre certificate of occupancy or building permit. There could be supply chain issues or things change. Mr. Tilden stated those brochures do not affect building plans. There are not that many brochures, there is the cabinet one the Board already has, antenna spec sheets, and remote radio heads that are the boxes that sit behind the tower. Mr. Milbury would like to know how often this equipment gets inspected, is it twice a year? Same with the pole, it should be inspected yearly. The consultants will review radio frequency for the next meeting. The specialists will have enough time to work those comments out. Ms. Christy will investigate the decommissioning piece as a condition. Ms. Bardi noted on page 21-22, Tab 2, the narrative discusses abandonment and discontinuance of use. The applicant does have a contractual obligation with the landlord upon termination of tenancy, so they would accept the condition. Mr. Tobin asked the applicant about submitting some wording for those conditions. Ms. Bardi agreed to wording those conditions. That is all they have with respect to the T&B comments. The engineers, Mr. Tilden and Ms. Christy, can work directly with one another. She also would like to note they have a legal opinion they are working on and expect to finish soon. Mr. Balzarini inquired about lighting the pole for planes, with the base being so close. 7
