Two <br /> members were running late. <br /> Roll Call: <br /> Lisa Merritt— Here Ann Macdonald — Here <br /> Beth Geatrakas — Here Joan Lyons- Here <br /> Sandi Lahart— Here <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> None. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES —April 14, 2026 <br /> Two minor correctios were made, one grammatical and one deletion. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Ann Macdonald made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of April 14, 2026 <br /> as amended. Seconded by Joan Lyons.All in favor. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Lisa Merritt— Abstain Ann Macdonald —Yes <br /> Beth Geatrakas —Yes Joan Lyons- Yes <br /> Sandi Lahart—Yes Kate Milde —Yes <br /> LIBRARY DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> Town Meeting Recap <br /> The Town budget passed, along with both overrides, one for FY 2027 and the second for FY <br /> 2028. The override for 2027 starts July 1, 2026. The Library Director is waiting for official <br /> numbers from accounting, who will disseminate them to the respective Department Heads. <br /> The hiring freeze implemented in November 2025 has been lifted. <br /> 1 <br />
