She thinks it's awful that <br /> these individuals are trying to take their pathway to the water. Silvia is her sister, who has been <br /> here since 1957. It's not fair the properties are taken over. Having access to that walkway is in <br /> their deed. <br /> Mr. Milbury asked if anyone has ever had a conversation with the petitioner. <br /> Ms. Abare reached out to the petitioner on 6/27. It was told to her that they don't have enough <br /> room for septic, and they put the garage where the septic should have been. She told him to <br /> just wait for the sewer, but he wanted to put it up for sale, which he did anyways. This is all <br /> hearsay from a neighbor. <br /> With that being said, there has been no proactive outreach by the petitioner. <br /> Mr. Tobin stated he does not want to speak on behalf of the applicant, but these two lots are <br /> adjacent and there is one owner for the two lots, so they may move a property line. <br /> Mr. Tobin added if he returns as an ANR, it will only require notice on the agenda. He stated <br /> the neighborhood could appoint a representative who he would happily communicate with, and <br /> that person will ensure its on everyone's radar. They are amenable to reaching across and <br /> working with abutters and finding a solution that makes folks happy. <br /> Tom Apone- He is dead set against it, and the one interaction he had with the owner wasn't <br /> good. As they were building the property, he and his wife were walking It, and he was told to <br /> get off his property. <br /> Arnold Henderson- He first came to the area in 1957 with his parents and they purchased <br /> property from Leo Houston. For many years he remembers a great deal of freedom, in terms of <br /> being able to access the beach and other areas. After many years of being away, he and his <br /> wife returned to build on a lot they bought in 1957. They are concerned about so many people <br /> being denied what had been guarunteed. It's important to understand many of these <br /> individuals have spent most of their lives here. <br /> Mr. Sherman will act as a conduit for the neighborhood, a sign in sheet was generated for <br /> everyone's name and contact information. <br /> Kirk Vanse- He is on Zoom but wants to get on that list. He never received documentation <br /> informing him of this meeting, but he was fortunate to stumble across it. He is not on that list of <br /> 16 people, but he would like to remain informed. <br /> 4 <br />
