That same pole could be utilized to say, `Do Not Enter', he thinks that would be <br /> a no brainer. <br /> Mr. Balzarini agreed, people will think that's the entry for the property. <br /> Mr. Balzarini, Mr. Tobin, and Mr. Hansen will arrange a meeting with Mr. Marsters. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Willow Circle Final Tripartite Release <br /> Mr. Tobin noted the Board Engineer has signed off on the final performance at the Willow <br /> Circle subdivision and is good to release the remaining balance. He went ahead and had a <br /> conversation with DPW Director Catherine Laurent. There is an e-mail from Ms. Laurent saying <br /> the DPW is okay with the current standing. This was a 5 or 6 lot subdivision that this Board <br /> previously released the covenant for a couple years ago, approving a Tripartite Agreement in <br /> its place. The tripartite agreement's amount has been reduced at various installments pursuant <br /> to said agreement. The third installment was released in 2025 and this would be the final <br /> release. <br /> Ed Pesce, former Board Engineer, did signoff under his inspection. There is a copy of the <br /> release for signature. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Dennis Balzarini made a motion to take a six-minute recess. Seconded by Mike <br /> Millbury. All in favor. <br /> The meeting resumed and Ms. Waygan looked at the release and the tree replacement for <br /> Mrs. Carol Souza. <br /> Mr. Tobin took the Board through the recorded plan and what lots pertained in the tripartite. <br /> There is a note to the file where he added Carol Souza's comment about everything looking <br /> good for Lot 1 Willow Circle. There is an e-mail from Ed Pesce noting everything looks good, <br /> along with photos, after he inspected the remaining punch list items.. The project is considered <br /> 6 <br />
