Mr. Colombo explained that the minutes accurately reflected what was <br /> stated during the meeting; however, the statement that the property was part of the Phase 3 sewer <br /> project was factually incorrect. He stated that Phase 3 serves the Quashnet Watershed, whereas 68 <br /> Waterway is located in the Popponesset Watershed and is not included in the current Phase 3 design <br /> or anticipated construction. <br /> Staff acknowledged that the applicant's engineer had made the statement during the June 25 hearing <br /> and indicated that the engineer would be advised of the correction before the project returned to the <br /> Commission.
