Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission
16 Great Neck Road North
Mashpee, MA 02649
Pre/Post-Hearing Agenda
Approval of Draft Minutes:
• 06.11.2026 Meeting Minutes
• 06.25.2026 Meeting Minutes
MOTION: To approve the 06.11.2026 minutes.
Motion bv: Paul Colombo Seconded bv: Richard Sahl
Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote.
(Steve Cook, Paul Colombo, Richard Sahl, Seana Pitt)
MOTION: To approve the 06.25.2026 minutes.
Motion bv: Seana Pitt Seconded by: Richard Sahl
During consideration of the June 25, 2026, minutes, after the motion had been made and seconded,
Mr. Colombo noted that he had not attended the meeting and would not vote.He reported that he had
reviewed the recording and submitted a Mullen Report regarding comments made during the
discussion of 68 Waterway. Mr. Colombo explained that the minutes accurately reflected what was
stated during the meeting; however, the statement that the property was part of the Phase 3 sewer
project was factually incorrect. He stated that Phase 3 serves the Quashnet Watershed, whereas 68
Waterway is located in the Popponesset Watershed and is not included in the current Phase 3 design
or anticipated construction.
Staff acknowledged that the applicant's engineer had made the statement during the June 25 hearing
and indicated that the engineer would be advised of the correction before the project returned to the
Commission. It was explained that no amendment to the minutes was necessary because the minutes
accurately reflected what had been stated during the June 25 meeting
Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote.
(Steve Cook, Richard Sahl, Seana Pitt)
2
