MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 12, 2026 <br /> Lynne stated that there is some remaining review needed for traffic and civil, and <br /> there will only be one week time for Daniel Riggs to review the architectural <br /> plans. <br /> Attorney Haverty mentioned that the plans will be submitted a week prior and <br /> his engineer will present them at the next meeting. He believes that this meeting <br /> should be limited to discussion on the architectural changes because any traffic <br /> discussion will be tied to these changes. <br /> Lynne agreed. She suggested circle back on civil and traffic and then maybe start <br /> discussion regarding the waivers in early September. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked for a motion to continue the hearing until August 26, 2026. <br /> Mr. Reidy so moved. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Blaisdell second.
