C. would he closed from December 7 , 2001 t February d , 20028 " The minutes of November 28 , 200l were accepted as- corrected. I.I I BUDGET- 2003 that has' been approved. Ann stated 'that Monday the budgets were slashed. The office supplies item was de- creased by ten percent. Our office supplies , where the budget lists $1, 000 , Will be $900 . Relative to the temporary wage, they received a cost of living wage increase which effected Phyllis ' wage. That will be added into the H. C. budget, but Ann did not- have the figures on that, The COIF increase will be retroactive from July 1, 2001# Ann reminded the meeting that the R. C, had .voted to take the recommendation of the acting town administrator and level fund. It was approved* r IV CURRENT BUDGET was passed out to the meeting. -(2002) Ann explained that she had purchased a larger memory stick for their digital camera. Discussion of current budget* Jim- Moroney introduced a' motion to accept the 2002 budget. Rosemary Burns seconded the motion. All in favor. So moved. V ,REPORTS: A. South Mashee School 1. Restoration: Ann explained .that they have paid Mr. Pritchard $ 3,0 0 . from expenses from the house- tour. 2 , House Tour: Ann stated that the latest figures on the house tour have not been given her. Ann believed they made about $6 , 000 on that house tour. They have also had a few other donation. The counter has given thea $3,000 . They have .about $46 , 600 . towards the $50, 000 goal.
