I I z BUDGET: FY 2 2 Copies of the budget were passed out to the meeting. Aran explained that they were right on track. They had approximate 1y' $372 .73 to spend. Bence they were on a two-week payroll, they split the week - the last week in June and the :first week in July. therefore, Phyllis last pay would. be approximately $171. 00 , which will leave that account depleted. Relative to the $372 , balance, Ann had some supplies to pur- chase. Miriam made a motion to accept the budget. Rosemary seconded. All in favor. So moved. Iv REPORT � A. South Mashpee School: . Access Data Base : Aran explained that Judy Godin had taken the sumer off, as had all of their volunteers-. Judy has just about finished 'Rook 1 of the photographs . Whn Y Ph ll is has finished. the town positions, they will move on to putting the library -on the reference books. When the new clerk comes on board, they will just keep adding to the data.
