Ferragamo <br /> reported on the following: <br /> 1. The book has done out to press. <br /> Z. The invitations were in the mail for the opening <br /> reception; Friday, May 26 , 1995, 7 : 00 p, me The <br /> book will be presented at that time. <br /> . The photo exhibit will run 5/27, 5/28 , Saturday and <br /> Sunday, 11:00 a. me to 4 : 00 p, m. at the Casey Coombs <br /> School, Joanne asked for volunteers from thehistori- <br /> cal commission to help answer inquiries, etc* Also <br /> the books will be available for sale. Bob Bruch volun- <br /> teered to cover from 11: 00 a.. m. to 1:00 p, me <br /> 4. On Sunday, May 27th, at 1:00 the official incorporation <br /> week-end ceremony will be presented. State and local <br /> representatives will make presentations. <br /> . Monday, May 29th, at 1:-.00--p-m-0--the , Memorial Darr service <br /> will be held. <br /> 6 . June 17th to June 24th is Heritage Cape Cod Week. There <br /> will be an exhibit at the Archives Building June 22nd r <br /> to June 25th at 1:00 to 4 : 00 p. me . <br /> .
