Stuart Peoples, Richard rd Halpern, and Dan <br /> Homeyer. La erne Williams was absent. Also in attendance was Leila Botsford, Executive <br /> Di reetor. <br /> SECRETARY* REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on July 10, 2003 were presented. A motion was made <br /> by Ir. Peoples and seconded by Ir. Halpern to accept the minutes as presented <br /> The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, and a written Bank Account Status report. <br /> Mrs. Botsford xplained that the Budget to Actual report represents through the second month <br /> of the fiscal year and that we are still using last years budget amounts since a new budget has <br /> not been done. Mrs. Botsford pointed out-that the only line-item vire were over on was <br /> 4410/Maintenance Labor and this is due to the fact that august had 5 weeks in it. <br /> Accounts Payables: Payables totaling $11,,803-05 were presented to the Board dor review, <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented to the chairperson for his signature. Mrs. <br /> Botsford pointed out that $5,,214.60 of this amount is for the overpayment we received from <br /> DHD for Fiscal Year 2003 as indicated in our year-end report (copy of the report was <br /> forwarded to the board previously. A copy of DHD's letter was attached for reference. <br /> Fent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that all rents are paid in full at Homeyer Village and <br /> Breezy Acres. Homeyer Village is at 1000 occupancy. The Breezy Acres resident that we were <br /> evicting moved out without notifying us, did not return the keys, left the carpeting in extremely <br /> poor condition,, and left with a rent balance of$1,592.00. The condition of the carpeting <br /> requires us to replace it. The new tenant has been selected and will be proving in next week. <br /> Mrs. Botsford also took some time to explain the year-end report that was mailed to the board <br /> last week. She pointed out that although we had budgeted to need a subsidy of$2,748.00,, we <br /> only needed a subsidy of$26.28 saving the state over , oo.00. <br /> A motion was rade by Mr. Peoples and seconded by Mr. Halpern to accept the <br /> treasurees report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE E DIRECT WS REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her reports to the board for the month of July and <br /> August.
