Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive <br /> Director/Board Secretary. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: <br /> Minutes for the regular meeting held on November 11, 2005 were presented. A notion was <br /> made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Ms. Battles to accept ..he minutes a <br /> presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> TREAS RER*s REPORT: <br /> Budget to Actual and Narrative: Mrs. Botsford provided a treasurer's report including the Budget <br /> to Actual Report, prepared by the fee-accountant, which represents through the fifth month of <br /> the fiscal.year.-I Mrs. Botsford informed.the board that,.even though DHCD.had n t yet <br /> approved.the.fiscal year.. .budgts,f the- ccont4nt-had adjusted his budget=t -actual. <br /> reports to.show.the am nts.-that,were,wbmitted.to DHCD for our. Y., .o .'.budgets: She± <br /> reviewed.and providEd an explanation,for variances.. <br /> Accounts Payables; Payables totaling. $1.4,399,76 were presented to,the Board for review" . <br /> approval and signatures. The warrant was presented t6 the chairperson for his signature. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford stated that all residents paid in full at Homeyer Village and <br /> Breezy Acres, <br /> A motion was rade by Nor. Homeyer and seconded by Mr. Laporte to accept the <br /> treasurer's report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT. <br /> Mrs. Botsford remarked that she had mailed her report to the board for the month of November <br /> and it is attached to these minutes as AMchment A. <br /> Mrs. Botsford provided an additional written report, which was briefly discussed.
