The Executive <br /> Secretary joined the -meeting . Joe Murphy informed the Finance <br /> Committee that they had failed to deduct State and. County <br /> Assessments , Overlay/Tax Title Mandates , and VoEce School from <br /> the estimated Revenue at the previous Finance - Committee Meeting . <br /> The revised figures are as follows : <br /> 14 , 707 , 121 Total omnibus <br /> 125 , 806 State and County Assessments <br /> 646 , 361 Overlay/Tax Title Mandates <br /> 302 , 673 Voke School <br /> 15 , 781 , 961 <br /> The Executive Secretary also noted that the Estimated <br /> Revenue needed to be revised as follows : <br /> 16 , 393 , 023 <br /> + 43 , 950 Police Cruisers <br /> 354 , 109 Capital Budget <br /> 16 , 085 , 864 - <br /> - 15 , 781 , 961 <br /> 303 , 903 Excess <br /> Carl Heller and Joseph Murphy had met earlier to discuss <br /> the budgets and had reached a proposal for using theexcess $303 , 903 <br /> and presented it to the Finance Committee for their review . <br /> Carole Dunivan questioned the Executive Secretary about <br /> possible future revenue from Dick & Ellie ' s Flea Market . <br /> Carole expressed her belief that the vendors at the Flea Market <br /> should be obtaining a permit from the Police . Murphy noted that <br /> Town Meeting had given them the right to operate . Chairman Heller <br /> noted that he would look into this matter with Police Chief Frye . <br />
