BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES - REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, MARCH 19, 1990 <br /> PRESENT: Selectmen Gottlieb, Hanson, Lawrence, Carter•, Jacobson, <br /> Executive Secretary Kevin Harrington, Town Counsel Joseph. <br /> Reardon <br /> GUESTS: Kevin Kirrane, Ernie Virgilio, Judy Mills, Robert Sullivan, <br /> Marilyn Ferren, Gertrude Ferriday, Bill Jones <br /> The meeting convened at 7: 00 p.m. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mr. Hanson moved to accept the Regular and Executive Session minutes <br /> of March 5, 1990 as amended. Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion. Mr. <br /> Lawrence and Mr. Carter were in favor. Mr. Gottlieb abstained. <br /> Amendments : Appointments & Hearings #4 - Joint Meeting, Selectmen, <br /> Board of Appeals and Planning Board - Paragraph 2 --- should read - - <br /> Mr. Makunas stated that it was the impression of the Board of Appeals <br /> that the Planning Department was not available to them. Also, add: <br /> The Planning Department made it clear to the Board of Appeals that <br /> they are available to the Board of Appeals if material is sent to <br /> them with a request for input. <br /> Paragraph 3 - Should read - - The Planning Board indicated that it <br /> makes sense for the Planning Board to take over . the special <br /> permitting process for commercial projects. <br /> New Business - Mr. Hanson indicated that he was in fact present for <br /> Items 1 , 2 and .3 of New Business. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> 1 . ATTORNEY KIRRANE - DOLPHIN BAY -- Attorney Kevin Kirrane <br /> appeared before the Board relative to his client' s plan for <br /> the Dolphin Bay project and the constructi-on of a roadway <br /> through -the Town Landfill . Mr. Kirrane presented plans for <br /> the project. This plan would include the realignment and <br /> reconstruction of a portion of Asher's Path that Mr. <br /> Kirrane's client would agree to pay for. <br /> i <br />
