C� <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Wednesday,April 16,2003 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Walter Yarosh, and Thomas O'Hara, <br /> Absent: Mary LeBlanc, Russell Wheeler,Edward Govoni, and Don Myers. <br /> Summary <br /> • Dino's—To be continued at a future meeting. <br /> • Deer Crossing Complex Exterior Upgrade—To submit 2 sets of revised Plans to Building <br /> Department for review by Design Review Committee. Conditions noted in minutes <br /> below. <br /> Meeting came to order at 9:30 a.m. <br /> Signs <br /> Dino's <br /> Dino Mitrokostas was present and showed photo of current dwelling site and he said they are <br /> going to replace current awning with a larger awning. He was informed that what he was <br /> proposing would not be considered a replacement but, rather, he's proposing putting a new <br /> awning on the building that is larger than awning and signage currently on the building. <br /> Applicant was advised that the following would be required. <br /> • Sign permit application to be submitted. <br /> • Give square footage of front area of the building. <br /> • Give square footage of all signs on the windows. <br /> Mr. Mitrokostas then showed a draft sketch of an outside tent they're going to put up temporarily <br /> to accommodate smokers. <br /> Conclusion: They are to bring in Plan for Design Review before going to ZBA. <br /> Site Plan and Landsca a Review <br /> Deer Crossing Complex <br /> Exterior Upgrade <br /> Nailman Construction,Philip Wood <br /> Al Skirius(Edgar H. Wood Associates) and Chuck Hajjar(Najjar Realty and Management <br /> Corporation) appeared and began by showing photos of existing complex and also Key Plan <br /> drawing. <br />
