Mashpee Design Review Committee <br /> Minutes of Meeting Held Thursday,May 17,2007 C� <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Committee Members Present: Thomas O'Hara,Robert Nelson, and Richard Stevens. <br /> Absent: Tom Jalowy. <br /> Summa <br /> • Breakaway at Trinity Place—Stamped Approved. <br /> • 168 Industrial Drive- Stamped Approved. <br /> • 2 Center Street, Salt Marsh Massage Center- Stamped Approved. <br /> • 10 Joy Street, Second Time Around-Stamped approved with condition that total of 20 square feet to be for all <br /> signs. <br /> 11 Joy Street, Countrywide Home Loans- Stamped approved with condition that total of 20 square feet to be for <br /> all signs. <br /> Thomas O'Hara, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m. <br /> Suns <br /> Breakaway at Trinity Place <br /> Bar-B-Q Grills <br /> 23 Simons Road <br /> John Bellerose <br /> Day Siggs, Mike Da <br /> Mike Day appeared and showed photo of proposed sign. Mike said the sign is total of 10 square feet. Design Review <br /> commented that the color.is much better than what was presented last time. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> 168Industrial Drive <br /> Mashpee Industrial Park <br /> Plymouth Sign Company <br /> David Noonan appeared and addressed the Committee saying they are looking to replace an existing sign with a new and <br /> improved version. The size is 20 square feet overall. Mr. Noonan showed on a'Site Plan where the sign is going;it is <br /> going in same spot on the island. Original sign just said Industrial Drive. New sign labels Industrial Park. Tom O'Hara <br /> asked David Noonan to please mention something to the site owner about signs that are cropping up all over. David said <br /> he would do that. David Noonan said lighting is there already from previous sign and they are planning to use that <br /> lighting if it works. He showed on the site plan that there is some vegetation there on the island. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br /> 2 Ccnter Street <br /> Salt Marsh Massage Center <br /> Unit.0 <br /> Erin Capron <br /> Matt Teague showed on the Building Plan the unit that the Massage Center is going to be in. Matt said the sign is 5X3, so <br /> 15 square feet. At from side of the unit, Matt indicated that only address over doors,but they may use window decals. <br /> Lighting will-be canopy style. <br /> Conclusion: Stamped approved. <br />
