Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br /> Mashpee Design Review Committee and �Cv` <br /> Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br /> Held Thursday, March 11, 2010 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Meeting Room 3 <br /> Design Review Members Present: Walter Yarosh, Tom O'Hara, and Robert Nelson. <br /> Plan Review Members Present: <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Local Inspector <br /> Sheldon Hamblin, Deputy Fire Chief <br /> Glenn Harrington, Health Agent <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner <br /> Ben Perry, Animal Control Officer <br /> Also Present: Joel Clifford, Fire Inspector <br /> Charlie Maintanis called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. <br /> Breezy Acres <br /> Affordable Housing Units <br /> Five new duplex type buildings for 10 residential units <br /> Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc. <br /> Representative Chris Raber <br /> Committee members introduced themselves to those in attendance; likewise the following attendees <br /> introduced themselves to the Committee: Gisele Gauthier, Kate Ferreira, and Adrienne Danner from <br /> Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC); Leila Botsford — Mashpee Housing Authority; Andrew Singer _. <br /> Attorney;Christian Valle-= Project-Manager;-Brian Kuchar-Landscape Architect; Christopher <br /> Raber and Richard Fenuccio—Architects. <br /> Gisele Gauthier stated that HAC was hired by the Mashpee Housing Authority to develop this site. <br /> Richard Fenuccio presented a site overview: <br /> 6.2 acre parcel <br /> • 3 duplexes already on the site; proposing in the back portion of the existing site to place the <br /> development as phase 2. <br /> • Intention is to take existing septic system and bring on-line with a shared system. <br /> • Site is fairly wooded; fairly level site to work with; no watering wetlands have been identified. <br /> • Will have to go through the Natural Heritage review process. <br /> Proposal is essentially 5 new duplex buildings; 10 units for an additional 22 bedrooms. In <br /> conjunction with building there, they would end up with 8 buildings; 16 units; 40 bedrooms on <br /> the site. <br /> • 8 units would have 2 bedrooms; and 2 units would have 3 bedrooms. One unit would be <br /> handicap accessible; and one would be a sensory impaired unit. <br /> • Building "A": 2-bedroom,-1-1/2 bathroom; "B": 3-bedroom and an accessible 2-bedroom; and <br /> "C": is a combination...1-2 bedroom and 1-3 bedroom...not accessible...would be standard- <br /> type unit. <br /> 0 Looking at 41% disturbed lot area 59% undisturbed lot area. <br />
