15 Article 48. To see if the Town will vote to accept Chap- ter 41, Section 108 E of the General Laws in reference to the minimum Police salary and to be in effect not later than the year of 1964 or take any other action thereon. The Finance Committee recommends this article. Article 49. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $2,500.00 as the initial payment for dental equipment to re-establish an efficient clinic at the Samuel G. Davis School or take any other action thereon. The Finance Committee does not recommend this Article as now presented. The original Article called for the amount to be raised over a period of two years. The size of the Bud- get causes the Finance Committee to suggest that this pur- chase be made next year. Article 50. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $650.00 as salaries of the Board of Health, each member receiving $200.00 and the Inspecting Agent receiving an additional $50.00 or take any other action thereon. The Finance Committee does not recommend this Article. The Board of Health was set up without pay, as are other Committees. Each Committee is important, and entitled to the same consideration. Therefore, the Finance Committee, aware that the Town can not pay all Committees, does not approve this request. Article 51. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to provide a policy of liability insurance to reim- burse Town Agents for any damages caused by them when using their own vehicle in the performance of their duties, when the department is not furnished with a Town vehicle or take any other action thereon. Not Recommended by the Finance Committee. Article 52. To see if the Town will vote to rescind the Town By-Law, Chapter II, Town Officers, Boards and Com- mittees, Article V, Board of Health, Section 1, and change it to readas follows:
