Request for Food Establishment License: Cotuit Pizza <br /> Ms. Warden stated that Cotuit Pizza Factory, Inc. is requesting a 2001 Seasonal <br /> Food Establishment permit for their new location in the Popponesset <br /> Marketplace (formerly Marketplace Pizza). She stated that an inspection has <br /> been performed at the establishment and no violations were found. <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to grant a 2001 Seasonal Food Establishment permit for <br /> Cotuit Pizza Factory, Inc. Mr. Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 7. Cape Cod Commission Report re: New Seabury Development <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 8. Variance request: 63 Riverside Road <br /> The applicant is requesting a 1'variance from the bottom of the soil absorption <br /> system to the high groundwater elevation. Discussion took place regarding the <br /> design. Board members expressed their concern over the lack of a reserve on <br /> the plan and the fact that flow diffusers would be a better alternative than the <br /> drywells shown. Ms. Warden further indicated that she would not sign an <br /> occupancy permit until a new system was installed. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to deny the request by Cape 8s Islands Engineering outlined <br /> in their cover letter dated May 23, 2001. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. <br /> Motion to deny passed. <br />
