i � <br /> MINUTES May 31, 2001 7 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> a. Copy of Letter to E. McQuaid_ from Personnel <br /> Board aclmowledged. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> a. Update re: 72 Old Colony Drive <br /> Ms. Warden updated Board members on the tenant/landlord problem at 72 Old <br /> Colony Drive, Mashpee. She stated that the landlord is making a good faith <br /> effort, however he is in non-compliance. Board members agreed that the <br /> remaining repairs must be done by Saturday or the Board will have to take him <br /> to court and/or fine him. <br /> b. 40 Canonchet Road <br /> Ms. Warden informed Board members that the certified mail that has been sent <br /> to the owners of 40 Canonchet has not been received nor has the receipt or <br /> "green card" been returned to the Board of Health. Board members requested <br /> that Ms. Warden have a Mashpee Police Officer hand deliver the letter at their <br /> earliest convenience. <br /> C. Health Agent Job Description <br /> Discussion took place regarding the Health Agent's job description. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn this meeting at 9:15 p.m., Mr. <br /> Santos seconded, all agreed. <br /> yResp�ully submitted, <br /> t.
