Ball, and Veronica A. <br /> Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. <br /> Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes- if available <br /> No minutes were available for approval at this time. <br /> 3. Variance request- 31 Dixon Drive (Habitat for Humanity) <br /> 4. Variance request- 30 County Road (Habitat for Humanity) <br /> Discussion took place regarding the requests for a variances to install the soil <br /> absorption systems lower than 3' at 31 Dixon Drive and 30 County Road for <br /> fixture Habitat for Humanity houses. <br /> Ms. Warden indicated that the lots are kettlehole lots with silt loam in the B <br /> layers, which would require a strip-out to 72". <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a 32"variance to install a septic system lower than <br /> the required 3'at 31 Dixon Drive. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> Mr. Ball also motioned to grant a 36" variance to install a septic system lower <br /> than the required 3'at 30 County Road. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> 5. FYI - Letter from C.E.A. re: Former Shell Service Station, 415 Route 151 <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 6. Letter from Cape Cod Commission re: Regional Policy Plan Update <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 7. Copy of letter from Building Inspector re: 92 Uncle Percy's Road <br /> Board acknowledged the receipt of the complaint and the fact that the Building <br /> Inspector is currently working on the situation.
