Mr. Santos seconded <br /> the motion. <br /> 7. Weston & Sampson & BOH Agreement for F.Y. '02 Landfill Eng. Services <br /> Ms. Warden began by stating that she has not be able to research the information <br /> listed in the letter as to exactly what amount was appropriated for the landfill. <br /> Furthermore, she would appreciate her name being taken off of the agreement. <br /> Ms. Warden believes that the Board of Health should be the name on the <br /> agreement. <br /> Mr. Ball so moved to grant that request. He also stated that the Board request <br /> that they solicit other companies for contract bids. He wanted to request that <br /> Greenseal and Sterns &Wheeler provide us with contract bids if they show any <br /> interest. <br /> Mr. Santos then stated that on "Phase D" annual solid waste report to DEP was <br /> not needed because they were concentrating on that issue. Weston & Sampson is <br /> already moving forward on the reduction on monitoring of the landfill gas issue. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the DEP denied the request for the reduction the last <br /> time. <br /> Mr. Santos continued by saying that with this amount of money with "30 B" they <br /> just can't give them the job. The only way around this is that they have an <br /> existing contract. The BOH can do an addendum explaining why they are sticking <br /> with Weston & Sampson. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the BOH does have an engineering services account. The <br /> account number 336 in the "Trash" accounts. She then asked the administrative <br /> assistant, Charlotte Garron, if this particular trash account was returned to us <br /> after the remainder of the trash accounts transferred to the DPW. Ms. Garron <br /> stated that the BOH was not paying for any of the trash accounts. Ms. Warden <br />
