It was
agreed the actual sign will match all the others in color and
size. It will not be over sized. It was suggested an effort
should be made in the future to have all the signs more
uniform and in compliance with the code.
2 . Bank America Mortgage - Sign - Summerfield Park
The proposed sign will be placed above the door; no Special
Permit is required. The color will be the same as the logo on
a white field. There was no objection to the sign as
presented.
3 . Canewav Cleaners - Sign - North Market Street
Mr. Coffey stepped down.
Mr. John Retz proposed a blade sign noting the main entrance
for Capeway is around the back. The blade sign would be the
same as Blockbuster' s and Pine by Design' s. The back sign
will not be illuminated. Colors planned are green, red
accent, with 23K gold letters .
3A. Brookstone - Sign - Mashpee Commons, South Market Street
Plans for the Brookstone 9 .36 sq. ft. sign showed brushed
nickel color, which resembles a dull gold.
