Mr. Sullivan asked if the Economic Development Committee would go to
the Selectmen's next meeting and support the project in conjunction with
the Recreation Department. Tom told them that the Committee would
discuss this as a Committee and decide whether or not they would be willing
to go on record of being in support of this project.
Jamie expressed his concerns about installing a traffic light and that he would
be reluctant to support the installation of traffic lights in Mashpee.
OTHER BUSINESS
Because of the problems with attendance Tom had contacted as many
members as possible and has received letters of resignation from Frank
Fantasia, Spyro Mitrokostas, and Edwin Grosso.
On March 15 the Chamber of Commerce will have a panel to discuss
economic growth and development for the town and Tom has been asked to
speak on economic development.
