Finance Committee Minutes <br /> March 10 , 1987 <br /> Page 3 . <br /> Article #19 seeks town approval for bonding authority to <br /> establish two test well sites , determine "Zone II" areas , and <br /> for expenses incidental and related to the project . It was first <br /> noted by the Executive Secretary that there is no money for this <br /> Article . Selectmen Lawrence registered his opposition to this <br /> Article stating he did not recommend it at this time . It was also <br /> noted that this Article appears again on the Annual Town Meeting <br /> Warrant . The Finance Committee voted and agreed that this Article <br /> should be indefinitely postponed . <br /> The Finance Committee and the Selectmen did not discuss the <br /> remaining Articles on the Special Town Meeting Warrant as there <br /> were no funds involved . Executive Secretary , Murphy explained <br /> that an information packet was being compiled with information <br /> about the 2; override which would be mailed to town residents <br /> prior to the Town Meeting . This would be sent bulk mail and <br /> sent to everyone on the voter list . He estimated the cost of <br /> this mailing at $700 and stated the funds would come from <br /> Central Services . <br /> Dr . Nicholson and Mr . Lvons and members of the School <br />' Committee joined the Finance Committee to discuss the School <br /> FY88 budget . Dr .
