Thomas Fudala the <br /> Town Planner joined the meeting to discuss the FY89 Planning <br /> Department budget . The figures on the budget were as follows : <br /> Town Planner Salary $38 , 205 <br /> Clerical 16 , 391 <br /> Wages 4 , 000 <br /> Expenses 6 , 150 <br /> Finance Committee members questioned Fudala about the $2 , 000 <br /> mapping expense . Fudala noted that had he known when this budget <br /> was prepared that the machine to duplicate the maps was to be moved <br /> into his department , the mapping expense would have been higher . <br /> As it is the $2 , 000 requested is necessary for the maps in his <br /> department . He noted that they are selling maps and this money <br /> goes to the General Fund . The Towner Planner has an Article on <br /> the Warrant ( #61 on current draft) seeking creation of a <br /> permanent full—time Assistant Town Planner , $22 , 865 . Fudala noted <br /> that expenses for the Assistant Town Planner had been built into <br /> his budget . Chairman Heller requested him to remove the expenses <br /> associated with the Assistant from the Planning Department budget <br /> and revise his Article to include expenses of the Assistant as well <br /> as salary . Fudala agreed and stated the figures would be available <br /> on March 11th . <br /> Tony Ferragamo joined the meeting to discuss the Planning <br /> Board FY89 budget . The figures presented on the budget were as <br /> follows : <br /> Consultant Services $23 , 000 <br /> Expenses 3 , 000 <br />
