It is a very positive working culture. Again, it is a small group (5 <br /> employees), but there is a solid sense of camaraderie, pride and commitment to <br /> completing all tasks with a great deal of efficiency. <br /> Next Steps: <br /> 1. Provide the necessary professional development and support to all members of the <br /> MPSD Leadership Team so instructional improvement may be at the very core of its <br /> work. <br /> 2.
