Quorum 0 Motion made to reconsider Article 16 at 7:36 p.m. F 1 E" Motion to reconsider passes 118 to 8 at 7:41 p.m. Motion made to have a secret ballot. Motion to have a secret ballot defeated 71 to 70 at 7:43 p.m. Motion passes 105 to 49 at 7:45 p.m. ' r . Article 17 To see if the Town will vote to reauthorize the Leisure Service Revolving Account through the Town Accountant's Office in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E %Z, to be expended under the direction of the Leisure Service Department, in order to place revenues collected from the various Leisure Services Child Development Programs, which shall be used for the purpose of paying wages and benefits to conduct said Leisure Service programs, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said account for Fiscal Year 2001 at $31,287 or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Leisure Service Department Explanation: This Revolving account is required in order to receive and disburse funds generated through programs supported by such revolving fund. Revenues must be used to offset expenses of these programs. Leisure Service through its agent will manage this account. Motion made by Selectman Taylor.
