Motion made by Wayne Taylor. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to reauthorize the Revolving Home Composting Bin Account <br /> through the Town Accountant's office in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter <br /> 44, Section 53E %2 to be expended under the direction of the Board of Health, in order to place <br /> anticipated revenues collected from the sale of compost bins which shall be used to purchase <br /> additional compost bins, and advertise the availability of such bins, and to establish the limit on <br /> expenditures from said account for fiscal year 2002 at $2,500. <br /> • P . <br /> Motion passes unanimously at 8:53 p.m. II�' <br /> I <br /> Article 8 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to reauthorize the Leisure Service Revolving Account through the r <br /> Town Accountant's Office in accordance with Mass. General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E %Z, ; <br /> to be expended under the direction of the Leisure Service Department, in order to place <br /> anticipated revenues collected from program income which shall be used for the purpose of <br /> paying wages and benefits to conduct said Leisure Service programs, and to establish the limit on <br /> expenditures from said account for Fiscal Year 2002 at $31,658, or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Leisure Service Department <br /> Explanation: This Revolving Account is required in order to receive and disburse funds <br /> generated through programs supported by such revolving fund. Revenues must be used to offset <br /> expenses of these programs.
