Motion: I move the Town vote to reauthorize the Revolving Home Composting Bin Account through the Town Accountant's office in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E %2 to be expended under the direction of the Board of Health, in order to place anticipated revenues collected from the sale of compost bins which shall be used to purchase additional compost bins, and advertise the availability of such bins, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said account for fiscal year 2002 at $2,500. • P . General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E %Z, ; to be expended under the direction of the Leisure Service Department, in order to place anticipated revenues collected from program income which shall be used for the purpose of paying wages and benefits to conduct said Leisure Service programs, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said account for Fiscal Year 2002 at $31,658, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Leisure Service Department Explanation: This Revolving Account is required in order to receive and disburse funds generated through programs supported by such revolving fund. Revenues must be used to offset expenses of these programs.
