Due to an increase in the per <br /> foot cost of the water main and a change in District specifications, the original <br /> appropriation will not allow the completion of the project. <br /> Article 7: To see if the District will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Water <br /> Commissioners to take by eminent domain, on behalf of the Water District, for water <br /> supply purposes, an easement in, upon, over and under Anthony's Way. Said street is <br /> shown on Town of Mashpee Assessors Maps #87 and #88, and a plan entitled "Easement <br /> Plan of Land-Anthony's Way", prepared for the Mashpee Water District, Scale 1" =40' by <br /> Eagle Surveying, Inc., Yarmouthport, Massachusetts, dated October 22, 2002. Copies of <br /> the Assessors map and easement plan are on file in the office of the Mashpee Water <br /> District, 79 Industrial Drive, Mashpee, Massachusetts.
