Board of Appeals Minutes -January 17, 1996 3. <br /> Gloria Stankowski - Continued from October 25, 1996 <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, R. Nelson <br /> Mr. Govoni explained that even under the old by-laws an owner of four continguous lots <br /> would be required to combine them. He explained that the Board may be presenting an <br /> article to Town Meeting to grant relief for two or three contiguous lots but he had no idea <br /> if it would be passed. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant a Variance to allow four lots to be combined into two lots and <br /> that one lot be a combination of Map 33, Block 41 and Map 49, Block 107 and that the <br /> other lot be a combination of Map 49,Block 108 and Map 49, Block 109. <br /> Discussion <br /> Deer Crossing Associates - Attorney Robert Mills informed the Board that Deer Crossing <br /> Associates could not complete the landscaping for Building E due to litigation from the <br /> Deer Crossing Homeowner's Association. He asked for a minor modification to the <br /> Special Permit to eliminate the planting of five maples since the location of them is in <br /> dispute. <br /> Miniature Golf-Gordon and Judith Milne discussed possibility of a miniature golf course <br /> on land adjacent to Deer Crossing. Mr. Govoni said they should review plans with DPW. <br /> Zoning Articles - The Members discussed possible zoning articles for Town Meeting. <br /> Elinor Walsh , / <br />
