Board of Appeals Minutes -June 26, 1996 4. <br /> Engineer Michael Grotzke represented the applicant and presented revised plans of the <br /> dock which has now been approved by Conservation, Shellfish and Harbormaster. He <br /> explained that the proposed dock will be 2 1/2 feet above the marsh and will be shared <br /> with the adjacent lot. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a variance of 102' to allow construction of a 172' dock. <br /> Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. Mr. Govoni said that this is the only reasonable way to <br /> have a dock without degrading the environmental integrity of the area. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant a Special Permit under Section 174.25.I.9 to allow <br /> construction of a 191' boardwalk and 172' dock, ramp and float on Great River. <br /> Discussion -Attorney Robert Mills asked for the status of the Plymouth Bank hearings <br /> and Mr. Govoni said the Design Review Committee would be meeting July 10 to review <br /> plans. <br /> Minutes -Mr. Govoni moved to accept Minutes. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Joseph and Jennifer Martin- The Board received a written request for a six month <br /> extension in the Variance issued to the Martins. Mr. Govoni moved to grant the <br /> extension. Mr. Regan seconded. <br /> Elinor Walsh <br />
