There would be a combined limit of 100 person seating.capacity <br />for the restaurant and the meeting rooms. <br />6. Landscaping and paving bonds would be posted. <br />Mrs. Hawver seconded. All agreed. <br />Bonwood Company, Inc. - (Owner of record: Reliance Development Corp) <br />request.a modification of and Certificate of Compliance pursuant to a special <br />permit of final site development plan for Phase II (comprising portions <br />of original Phases III and IV) pursuant to paragraph 30 of amended special <br />permit dated January 29, 1985 including alteration of Phase lines and such <br />other relief as may be required in an R-5 zoning district on property bounded <br />south by Rt. 151, east by Algonquin Ave., north by John's Pond and Lots <br />on Falmouth Road being lots '35 and 35A on Map 65 (Map 65 - Lots 35 and 35A) <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: W. Hanrahan, C. Hawver and R. Halpern <br />Attorney Michael Dunning and Architect Walter Yaroush were in attendance <br />• representing this petition. Mr. Dunning explained that the purpose was <br />to present the final site development plan for Phase II and to request a <br />modification of the Special Permit to permit a change in phase lines. <br />Mr. Yaroush presented plans of the site. The Phase II plans total <br />264 units. He explained that he needed approval of the unit plans around <br />the golf course to permit placement of utility lines. The location of the <br />golf holes are the same with.the exception of hole #1 which was moved at <br />the request of the Conservation Commission. The road layout is unchanged. <br />Mr. Hanrahan asked for comments from abutters. Mr. Joseph Burke, an <br />abutter, was present and stated he was satisfied with the new plans. <br />Mr. Hanrahan moved that the Board grant the certificate for Phase II <br />and to permit a modification of the Special Permit to allow the change in <br />phase lines. Mr. Halpern seconded. All agreed. <br />George A. Harris - Requests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 of the <br />Land Use Requirements to expland a non -conforming structure for the addition <br />of a 12' x 16' deck in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 41 <br />Greenwood Road (Map 117, Lot 312) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: W. Hanrahan, C. Hawver and E. Govoni <br />• <br />
