Hanrahan, M. Makunas and R. Halpern <br />George Slavinsky represented the petition. He explained that the owners <br />wish to improve access to garage. The current road ends in a neighbor's <br />garage and parked cars often block access to the Sullivan garage. <br />The shape of the lot creates a hardship. They also propose to build <br />a pool and addition to the house. <br />No comments were received from Conservation or the Shellfish <br />Constable. <br />Mr. Makunas moved to grant a Variance to permit a 14' front line <br />setback and a 9' setback from the edge of the upland and the Special <br />Permit for construction of pool, addition and deck. Mr. Halpern seconded. <br />All agreed. <br />Bradford Wheatley - Requests a Variance under Section 7.4 of the Land <br />Space Requirements for permission to vary the front setback and lot coverage <br />requirements in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 57 Tide Run <br />(Map 125, Lot 252) Mashpee, MA. (Advisement) <br />Members sitting: W. Hanrahan, M. Makunas and C. Hawver <br />Mr. Hanrahan stated that the Board had received a request for <br />withdrawal without prejudice.
