• BOARD OF APPEALS <br />MINUTES <br />March 8, 1989 <br />At 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday March 8, 1989 the Board of Appeals <br />held.a meeting at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board members present <br />and acting throughout weie: Richard Halpern, Cheryl Hawver, <br />Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni. <br />Edward Palank - Requests a Special Permit under Section 5.1 <br />of the Land Use Requirements for permission to construct a closet <br />addition in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 181 <br />Daniel's Island Road (Map 100, Lot 39) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Richard Halpern, Cheryl Hawver And E. Govoni. <br />Represented by Edward Palank. The plans were presented:• Mr. <br />• Palank explained that the addition would have no exterior windows <br />and there would be no exterior. doors. No foundation. <br />No abutters were present. <br />Richard Halpern made a motion that they grant the Special Permit <br />for the addition of the closet on the southerly side per this <br />drawing. It will be 14' feet on the southerly lot line. <br />Edward Govoni seconded. All Agreed. <br />Robert R. Mc Nutt • (Owner of record: Merry Meadow Enter- <br />prises, Inc. ) Requests a Special Permit under Section 10.2.4 of <br />the Zoning By-laws to replace signage: in a C-2 zoning district <br />on Falmouth Road (Route 28) (Map 55, Lot 8) Mashpee, MA. <br />Members sitting: Richard Halpern, Clier.yl:-Hawver-.and.-.Edward <br />Govoni. <br />Presented by Mr. Robert McNutt. The sign is 6' feet by 12 Feet. <br />The lighting is not a problem. There will be shrubs added. <br />Edward Govoni made a -motion that they grant the Special <br />Permit per the drawings for a sign 12 feet by 6'k feet to replace <br />the existing sign. Richard Halpern seconded. All agreed. <br />• <br />
