8 <br /> • Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 3, 2002 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Steve Innis—Mashpee Night at The Pops: <br /> Selectman Leveille and Selectman Marsters stepped down for the above <br /> referenced license request. <br /> Steve Innis, Mashpee Community Concert Committee was present to <br /> request the Board approve a one-day wine and malt license on Saturday, <br /> July 27, 2002 with a rain date of July 28, 2002, and waive all Town fee's <br /> associated to the event with the exception of Police and Fire. The <br /> Mashpee Night at The Pops is an annual event held in Mashpee <br /> Commons. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalan to approve the one-day wine <br /> and malt license of the Mashpee Community Concert Committee as <br /> referenced,waiving all Town fee's associated to the event with the <br /> exception of Police and Fire. <br /> • Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille, Selectman Marsters abstained. <br /> Chief Baker—County Dispatch Contract: <br /> Mashpee Fire Chief George Baker was present to recommend the <br /> Selectmen approve the Agreement between the Barnstable County <br /> Sheriff's Office and the Town for Emergency Fire Dispatch. The <br /> Agreement represents an extension of the existing Agreement between <br /> both parties. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalan to approve and execute the <br /> Agreement between the Barnstable County Sheriff's Office and the <br /> Town of Mashpee for Emergency Fire Dispatch from January 1,2002 <br /> through December 31, 2004 as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
