Correspondence was received from <br /> special counsel Gilman dated July 17, 2002 relative to the recommended <br /> policy changes for appointment of police officers to the Mashpee Police <br /> Department. <br /> Police Chief Maurice Cooper discussed his memorandum of January 25, <br /> 2002 relative to police recruitment, evaluation, and selection policy for <br /> appointment of police officers. <br /> • <br />
