5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> • March 15, 2004 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing continued- VFW Liquor License: (continued) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to not grant the application of <br /> Mashpee Veterans of Foreign War,Inc., d/b/a Mashpee Memorial <br /> VFW Post 5489, a Veterans Club Annual All Alcohol License at <br /> property located at 470 Main Street,Mashpee without any prejudice. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br /> Public Hearing—Bleu Entertainment License: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced agenda topic. <br /> Selectman Green presided and opened the hearing relative to the <br /> application of Bleu to increase their restaurant entertainment license to <br /> include live music on Thursday evenings and during holidays. <br /> Frederic Feufeu, owner and manger was present to discuss the license <br /> request to bring tasteful jazz music to his restaurant to promote additional <br /> business. If approved, live music on Thursday evenings would be offered <br /> from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to issue an Entertainment <br /> License to Bleu, 38 Nathan Highway,Mashpee for Live Jazz Music on <br /> Sundays, Thursdays, and Holidays until 11:00 p.m. only. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br />
