ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded that Article 25 be accepted as corrected. 137 for, 17 opposed. Vote passed. Amended as follows: a. Para 9.531, change to read: "Single family detached dwelling structures;" remainder of paragraph to be deleted. b. Insert new paragraph: "9.532. Structures consisting of not more than eight (8) attached dwelling units per structure;". c. Para 9.585 A, second sentence, change to read: "In connection with each Final Site Development Plan, there shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Board the plans and information required by Section 9.3825." d. Para 9.484 A, last sentence, change to read: "Certificate(s) of occupancy may be withheld until the construction as required in each section under Section 9.3824 and other parts of Section 9.5, where said Sections are.applicable, has been completed or provided for." (NOTE: Underscore indicated added or changed wording.) Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds in the Treasury the total sum of $14,000.00, $3,000.00 to meet the Town's share of the cost of C)apter 81 and $11,000.00 to meet the State's share of the cost of the work, covering the calendar year January L'through December 31, 1974, or take any other action thereon. The State's amount, when reimbursed, will be returned to surplus revenue. Action: Motion duly made and seconded to take from available funds the sum of Slv—.000.00. 00. 130 for, 4 opposed. The motion passed. Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to accept the following recommendations of the Mashpee Municipal Government Study Committee, or take any other action thereon. (a) That the Town vote by ballot, pursuant to GL Ch 41, Section 21, to have its Selectmen act as Park Cbmmissioners in place of the presently elected Park and Recteation Commission and that thereupon the Selectmen appoint a Superintendent of Parks and Recreation. Action: Amended to read: To see if the Town will vote to have placed on the official ballot at the next annual meeting the question as to whether or not its Selectmen shall act as Park Commissioners. Motion was duly made and seconded to accept the article as amended. Unanimously voted. (b) That the town vote to, -,approve the appointment by the Selectmen of an Executive Secretary to the Selectmen, whose duties shall be defined by them. Action: Motion duly made and seconded that no further action be taken on this article at this time. The motion passed. (c) That the Town vote by ballot pursuant to General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 21, to have its Selectmen act as a Board of Health in place of the presently elected Board of Health, and that thereupon the Selectmen appoint a ful time agent for the Board of Health. Action: Amended to read: To see if the Town will vote to have placed on the official ballot at the next annual meeting the question as to whether or not the Selectmen shall act as Board of Health.
