Ellis Highway (Route 151), to Bates Road; <br />Wood Road from Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 151), to Bates Road; <br />Freat Hay Road from Nathan S. Ellis Highway (Route 151) to Bates Road; <br />and Bates Road from Central Avenue to the western boundary of land of Fields <br />Point Manufacturing Company (Lot 1 as shown on Land Court Plan No. 26950A) and the <br />western boundary of the town -owned property to be used for municipal building <br />site purposes. <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to accept Article 24 as read. ' <br />A unanimous vote. <br />Article 25. To see if the Town will vote to add to the By-laws the <br />following: <br />When a dwelling unit which is leased or rented has change of tenant the <br />owner of such dwelling unit shall notify the Building Inspector of change of <br />tenancy. The Building Inspector will then inspect said dwelling unit to insure <br />that this dwelling unit is in compliance with the State Building Code Requirements. <br />Failure to notify the Building Inspector will result in.a fine or not less than <br />$50.00 to each violation. <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to table Article 25. A unanimous vote. <br />ARTICLE 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take <br />from available funds the sum of $152.00 for the use of Greenhead Fly Contol during <br />the summer months of 1975 or take any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: No action. (See Budget Article) <br />Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take <br />from available funds the sum of $3,000.00 for Insect Pest Control and $1,000.00 <br />for Dutch Elm Disease Control in accordnace with Section 14, Chapter 132, General <br />Laws of Massachusetts or take any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: No action. (See Budget Article) ' <br />Article 28. To see if the Town will vote to continue the Municipal Govern- <br />ment Study Commission until the next annual town meeting and to raise and appropriate <br />or transfer rom available funds the sum of $200.00 for expenses thereof or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to transfer from available funds the <br />sum of $200.00. A unanimous vote. <br />ARTICLE 29. To see if the Town will vote to raise or transfer from available <br />funds the sum of $45,800.00 (State Funds) fro State Aid Construction or Improvement, <br />reimbursement received therefrom to be returned to available funds. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to indefinitely postpone Article 29. <br />Motion carried. <br />Article 30. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take <br />from available funds a sum of money for the purchase of a Roadside Mower or take <br />any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to indefinitely postpone Article 30. <br />Motion carried. <br />Article 31. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take ' <br />from available funds a sum of money for the purchase of one reversible snow plow <br />and A -frame mounted, or take any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to take from available funds the sum <br />of $2,317.00. A unanimous vote. <br />
